2. Services

We provide a wide range of plumbing, drainage, gas fitting, hot water, and emergency plumbing services for residential, commercial, and strata clients. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed at the time of scheduling.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

• Prices are based on information available at the time of quoting. If unexpected issues arise (e.g., hidden leaks, pipe damage, unsafe materials), additional costs may apply.

• Free quotes apply only within our service regions.

4. Payments

• Payment is required within 7 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept EFT, credit card, and cash.

• Overdue invoices may incur late fees and recovery costs.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 2 business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.

• Cancellations with less than 2 days’ notice may incur a fee.

• Emergency call-outs cannot be cancelled once a plumber is on the way.

6. Emergency Services

• Emergency call-outs are charged at a higher rate outside of normal business hours.

• Payment for emergency services is due on completion.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

• We stand by the quality of our work and provide a 12-month workmanship warranty.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to fixtures, fittings, and appliances supplied.

• Warranties are void if third parties alter or interfere with our work.

8. Liability

• While we take all reasonable care, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults or damage.

  • Consequential losses caused by factors outside our control (e.g., council mains, tree roots, faulty appliances).

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Site Access

• Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

• Delays or additional costs caused by restricted access may be charged.

10. Website Use

• All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Trusted Pipe Co. and may not be copied without permission.

• Our website may contain links to external sites; we are not responsible for their content.

11. Privacy
